Gerka Pool House is a spacious, year-round 200 m² house located in peaceful Czarże, near Bydgoszcz, Toruń and Chełmno. It’s the perfect place for a family getaway or a trip with friends. Five bedrooms, comfortable accommodation for 14 people, and a private relaxation area with a swimming pool, hot tub and sauna make it easy to slow down and enjoy time together. Gerka Pool House is a spacious, two-storey 200 m² house prepared for stays of up to 14 guests. The building comprises two apartments, located on the ground floor and first floor, making it easy to spend time together while also enjoying moments of relaxation in your own space. The house has five bedrooms, offering comfortable accommodation for larger families and groups of friends. The beds can be arranged in different configurations, and in one of the bedrooms they can be separated to create four single beds. Guests also have access to two living rooms, providing a comfortable space to relax together. Each is equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV with access to internet TV. Electric fireplaces add a pleasant atmosphere for quiet evenings. The kitchens are equipped with appliances to make everyday meal preparation easier. They include an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and ice maker. Crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils are also provided. Coffee and tea are available for guests. The bathrooms feature showers, a hairdryer and basic toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap. Comfort during your stay is ensured by underfloor heating, wireless internet access, a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. The bedrooms have storage space for clothes and personal belongings, and blackout curtains help ensure a restful night’s sleep. During their stay, guests have exclusive use of the rented accommodation and the grounds around the house. Outside, there is a garden, terrace and balcony with garden furniture. These are pleasant spots for morning coffee, shared meals and relaxing in the fresh air. One of the property’s biggest attractions is its private relaxation area, which includes a swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. The pool is available seasonally, from May to the end of September. The sauna and hot tub are available year-round. The sauna costs PLN 150 per session, while the hot tub costs PLN 200. The garden also has a barbecue area and a fire pit with a grill grate, where you can enjoy evenings around the fire together. The fire pit is located in a designated area of the garden. Firewood is available for an additional fee of PLN 50. Gerka Pool House is located in the village of Czarże, in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. It’s a peaceful area, ideal both for relaxing away from the bustle of the city and for spending time actively. Outdoor enthusiasts will find cycling routes and woodland nearby, especially appealing to those who enjoy walks and mushroom picking. There is a ski slope in nearby Raciniewo, about 5 minutes from the property. The area also offers fishing opportunities, including at the commercial Dolina Stawów fishing ponds in Czarże. There are also winter swimming clubs in the region, which may appeal to those who enjoy cold-water swimming. The location also makes it easy to plan trips to nearby cities. Historic Chełmno is well worth a visit, as are Bydgoszcz and Toruń, which offer plenty of ways to spend your time and discover local history. Getting around There is outdoor parking on the property for guests, with space for 4 cars. * The swimming pool is closed from October to May. Pets are not allowed at the property to accommodate guests with allergies. The property is not suitable for 18th birthday parties or bachelor parties.
