The description says that the place can be used at any time of the year. This is not true. I advise against going there in winter because the heating is too weak (air conditioner) and the additional heating does not meet safety requirements (propane-butane gas cylinder + heater), and it is simply not enough to heat the entire tent. It has to be restarted literally every 30 minutes, which, as everyone knows, carries the risk of poisoning. The owner knew about everything because we talked about it on the phone immediately after arrival. I swear that anyone would be ashamed to welcome someone in such temperature conditions. We heated with this heater, trying to endure the "inconvenience" and spend this Valentine's Day evening normally. However, around 3 a.m., due to the extreme cold (it was -4 outside), we had to leave because it was unbearable. The next day, I contacted the host and informed him that I was filing a complaint. In response, he responded with pride and rudeness. He said that we had used all the amenities (including the BATHTUB!), that everything costs money, and instead of focusing on the specific problem we had complained about, he made up stories about the alleged mess we had left behind, when in fact everything was tidy and we had behaved in a civilized manner, and that it was only at 3 a.m. that we realized it was cold. So, in fact, instead of keeping his cool, you didn't know how to behave properly, as long as the money was right. It would have been enough to come to an agreement and give back at least half of the amount because we "took advantage of all the amenities" at a temperature of 8 degrees, and at that price, it shouldn't have happened! To all this, you replied that you do not accept complaints. That no one has ever had a problem. That you arranged for additional heating - a gas cylinder in the tent. That we left a mess, but when asked, you couldn't say what you meant, because it had been cleaned up. After I wrote that such a heater is used to heat a garage, he said that next time we should go to a garage! And finally, he said that he would not say goodbye. What a failure, I haven't encountered such rudeness in a long time, so be careful, because there is no shortage of rural businessmen, and you have no arguments. I would also like to add that the private parking lot described in the listing is a lawn, the breathtaking view of the Szklarka valley is a view of dug-up mounds of earth right next to the glamping site, and the unforgettable scenery is complemented by the nearby roadway.
