We care about providing all Guests with comfortable conditions for their stay, so we ask you to familiarize yourself with the following rules. There is an absolute ban on organizing any kind of events on the resort premises, including but not limited to bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, anniversaries, integration events, and other entertainment events. We also ask you to strictly observe the night silence and not to use loudspeakers, sound equipment, and other devices emitting noise during the day, which could disturb the peace and comfort of other Guests' relaxation. Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the Regulations of Bali Domy Resort & SPA and committing to comply with them by all participants of the stay. In the case of gross violation of the rules applicable on the resort premises, especially disturbing the peace of other Guests or organizing events contrary to the regulations, the owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract and order the departure from the facility without the right to a refund for the unused stay. The Guest is also financially responsible for any damages and costs arising from the violation of the regulations or disturbance of the resort's functioning.
