In Berlin direkt am Stössensee. Ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden und gleichzeitig am Wasser zu relaxen und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Das gesamte Anwesen ist nach Westen ausgerichtet, somit können Sie für den Sundowner die letzten Sonnenstrahlen bei wunderbarer Sicht auf den Stössensee genießen. Spazier-, und Fahrradwege führen Sie kilometerweit am Ufer entlang zum Grunewald, dem bekannten Grunewaldturm - den man besteigen kann mit grandiosem Rundumblick - und dem naheliegenden Wannsee. Entlang des Weges kommen Sie an der 'Alten Liebe' vorbei, ein Restaurantschiff in ca. 750 m Entfernung. Für den Einkauf steht ein REWE City Supermarkt in der Angerburger Allee 45 - in ca. 730 m zur Verfügung. Für den kleinen Hunger bietet sich der Imbiss Ketchup35 Waldschänke - Heerstrasse 185 an in ca. 400 m, hier gibt es hervorragende Currywurst mit hausgemachten Pommes Frites und Ketchup mit Mayonaise. Eine ARAL Tankstelle mit einem angeschlossenen REWE to go, befindet sich ebenfalls an der Heerstrasse 136, ca. 1000 m stadteinwärts. Die Havelchaussee ist ab der Alten Liebe, von Mitternacht an für den Straßenverkehr gesperrt bis 6 Uhr früh, somit ist nachts angenehme Ruhe, ausserdem gibt es ein Tempolimit von 30 km/h auf den ca. 13 Kilometern, was natürlich den Fußgängern und Radlern zugute kommt.
