We warmly invite you to the year-round Jawornica House in the Beskid Mały, located in the picturesque, quiet, and peaceful village of Targanice, at the foot of Mount Jawornica. This place is created for those who want to relax in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Clean air, proximity to the forest, deer appearing in the area, beautiful views, and the omnipresent silence make it possible to truly slow down and enjoy a peaceful getaway. The large space around the house is also ideal for those traveling with dogs. Jawornica House can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The house is two-story, fully equipped, and offers a scenic terrace from which you can admire the picturesque panorama of Silesia and beautiful sunsets. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a toilet, and a cozy stove that not only creates a warm atmosphere but also heats the entire house. On the upper floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, as well as three independent bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, the second also has a double bed, while the third contains a single bed. The house is situated on a large, securely fenced plot and is the only house on the property, ensuring guests' privacy. Dogs are welcome here and have plenty of space to move around freely. There is also a designated parking area for two cars on the premises. Outside, guests have access to a cozy terrace with a beautiful view, a hammock, and a Brazilian hanging chair. A charcoal grill, a fire pit, and the possibility of using a cauldron have also been prepared. For those who enjoy active recreation, there is a mini soccer field with goals available. The house provides fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, air conditioning, board games, and books for children and adults. Bed linen and towels are also provided for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, and sandwich toaster. There is also a complete set of dishes, pots, and pans on site. Guests have access to coffee, tea, and basic spices, making it convenient to prepare meals during their stay. Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, while check-out is until 11:00 AM. Off-season, late check-out is possible upon prior arrangement. Jawornica House is not rented for parties such as bachelorette or bachelor parties or other events. The condition for confirming the reservation is a deposit of at least 30% of the value of the booked stay. In case of cancellation of the reservation at least one month in advance, 100% of the paid deposit is refunded. For cancellations from two to four weeks before the planned arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded. In case of cancellation less than two weeks before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
