We offer you a large, year-round house with a terrace and half an acre of land next to the forest, with trees, grass and fruit bushes. The plot is fenced and large (5000 m2). The house is renovated and modernly decorated, insulated and heated. Cool in summer and warm in winter. The photovoltaic installation additionally serves as a shed for two cars. The house can comfortably accommodate two or three families (6-10 people) with children, for whom a special room is prepared. The house has three bedrooms and a children's room, three bathrooms, a living room open to the kitchen, a dining room, a hallway. Each room is several square meters each (14 - 18 m2), and bathrooms are located outside the rooms (2.5 - 5 m2). In addition, there is a large wooden terrace (35 m2) and a porch and vestibule. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, overflow coffee maker and everything you need for cooking and eating). The first floor bathroom has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is high-speed Internet, TV and radio on site. A sauna has been available since May. The house is 400 meters from Lake Zalskie, and there is a beach in the village of Ruda, to which the plot belongs. Nearby is the Sitnica resort with a guarded beach and attractions. There are other lakes around - this is the Dobrzyn Lake District area. The area is truly idyllic and peaceful. A habitat away from the hustle and bustle - Klangor - 60 km from Toruń, 50 km to Wloclawek, 160 km from Warsaw, 170 km from Lodz and 200 km from Gdansk (a convenient place - for families and friends - to meet "in the middle"). An ideal place for families with children on vacation. The place has also proven itself during several days' stays of friends (long weekends).
