Experience the unique combination of nature and comfort in our Blue Yurt, a special retreat on the Kunterbunthof farm in the idyllic countryside of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Our authentic yurt, made of fine wood and blue canvas, is insulated with Eifel sheep's wool and offers a cozy atmosphere. A handmade double bed (160 x 200 cm) and additional futons provide space for up to four people – ideal for couples or families seeking peace and quiet and a connection with nature. Enjoy relaxing evenings by the crackling fireplace and gaze up at the sparkling starry sky through the glass dome in the roof. The small kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, hotplates, toaster, and kettle, so you can cater for yourself as you wish. Fresh bed linen and towels are included. Two spacious shower rooms are available in the nearby Kulturscheune (culture barn). Wi-Fi is also available here. For maximum relaxation, we have deliberately chosen not to have a TV – here you can experience real offline life. The yurt is located on a sunny meadow, about 100 meters from the main house, surrounded by extensive gardens, meadows, and forests. Discover the wide range of leisure activities on offer: campfire sites, barbecue areas, hammocks, beach chairs, trampoline, table tennis, badminton, and table soccer invite you to enjoy active recreation. For families, there is a playground and numerous games and books for children. The location is a paradise for nature lovers and active vacationers: situated between the Baltic Sea and the Sternberg Lake District, the yurt is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours. Explore the nature-protected island of Poel or the historic Hanseatic cities of Rostock, Wismar, and Lübeck. The Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde and the state capital Schwerin with its UNESCO World Heritage Site can be reached in about 40 minutes.
