Description
La Cortina is a very bright Asturian house, located in El Cuetu Meré, in the municipality of Llanes. It is also only 15 minutes from the beaches of Barro, Toranda and Torimbia and 20 minutes from the Picos de Europa. In addition, the house has a garden, barbecue area, tables, chairs and hammocks. Above all, it is surrounded by nature and tranquility. DISTRIBUTION The house is divided into three floors. First, first floor: - The fully equipped Kitchen, is very bright and is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster and juicer. - The living-dining room measures 40 m2 and has a fireplace, sofa with chaise longue and flat screen TV. - Year with shower. - Washing machine room. It has an area of 20 square meters and can accommodate an extra bed. It has a built-in closet, chest of drawers and a nightstand. And then from this room we can enter the corridor, (Asturian balcony) facing south and with double eaves. For this reason, we enjoy the warm sun in winter and the wonderful shade in summer. Likewise, from this room we can also access the gallery. - Bathroom with bathtub where you can enjoy a relaxing bath. It has hairdryer. In third place, the first floor: - An attic room of about 30 square meters, has a double bed, a closet of 3 pieces, a desk. a chair, a rocking chair and a bookshelf. It is a large room, so it can accommodate up to two extra beds. From it we access the corridor oriented to the east. In fact, being in the highest part of the house we can see the whole Caldueño Valley, with pleasant views of mountains, green meadows and even wildlife. EXTERIORS AND SURROUNDINGS What is more, this magnificent house also has a garden of approximately 800 square meters. There is also a barbecue, tables, chairs and hammocks so you can take a nap in the shade of an oak tree or contemplate the stars at night. Nearby there is also a small forest about 1000 meters wide containing local tree species, oaks, chestnuts, elms, holly, walnuts, hazelnut trees...Consequently, our four-legged friends have fun.
