Finca Emmita is a 10 min drive from El Perelló and 20 min from the sea, we are in the middle of a valley, with no neighbors or roads nearby. All you can hear is the sound of silence. The farm is 100% self-sufficient. It runs on solar energy, we collect rain water and the grey water is recycled to water the garden and plants. We also offer high speed internet. The Olivita has been recently renovated and offers a small well equipped kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed and a wood stove, the mezzanine loft has a double bed and is accessed by stairs. The bathroom has a large shower and a composting toilet. There is a nice terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue (not used from June to September due to fire risk and replaced by a plancha). Guests have exclusive use of the Olivita. The swimming pool is shared and is open from June to September. Emma, the owner, lives on the Finca and you will only see her if you need something. She is very respectful of her guests' privacy. There is another casita at the other end of the grounds which is usually occupied by guests like you who are looking for peace and quiet. We have 3 very friendly dogs who will come to greet you every day and are happy to accompany you on your walks around the farm. There are 3 cats and some chickens that produce fresh eggs daily. The finca is located 10 minutes drive from the town of El Perelló, a car is needed. To access the farm there is a dirt road for 5 to 7 minutes, it is possible to get there with a normal car. Emma will send you before your arrival very detailed instructions on how to get there.
