The house has all the necessary facilities to offer you a pleasant stay in any season of the year. It is a house perfectly integrated into the environment by using limestone from the area to line it, where you can breathe fresh air, listen to the birds singing, partridges, turtledoves, the bellowing of the deer (deer, as we say in the area) and, above all, be in a long-awaited peace and calm, away from the noise of our cities. Only 1 hour and 15 minutes from Seville, and 3 hours and a half from Madrid. Inside: The house has 5 bedrooms with the following bed sizes: 3 beds of 135, one of 150 and another of 180, plus 2 optional extra beds. It has a large living room-kitchen of 60m2 fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, industrial toaster, fireplace, smart tv 65", Xbox 360 console with games, stereo, large sofa bed and direct access to the porch. Don't worry about the heat and cold because there are air conditioners and heating in all rooms. Outside: We have more than one hectare of land conditioned with different spaces: swimming pool , barbecue area, skate miniramp, children's area with sandbox, trampoline, arch with arrows, toys, large lawn area where you can practice yoga or play soccer. Surroundings: The house is surrounded by nature, by the Valley of Los Molinos. To get to the house you have to cross a bridge over the Ribera de Los Molinos. A privileged place to be in the middle of mountains, with the murmur of water, the singing of birds and other animals in the area. The nearest town is Llerena, which is 7'5km away. It is a beautiful village with a wonderful Plaza de España, where the painter Zurbarán set up his studio.
