We warmly invite you to a year-round holiday home located right by the lake in the picturesque, quiet, and peaceful village of Guzowy Piec. Our house is situated right by the historical border of Warmia and Masuria. The exclusive house, with an area of 160 m2, is located on a large, fenced plot with its own waterfront and pier, surrounded by the legendary Taborskie Forests, next to the Pasłęka River. An ideal place for lovers of blissful laziness, nature, silence, and tranquility, as well as for those who enjoy spending time actively – walking, cycling, mushroom picking, or fishing. The house accommodates up to 7 people. It is comfortable, heated by a heat pump, and fully equipped. It consists of 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed, and a TV, as well as a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, and coffee machine. Guests have access to two bathrooms with showers and a washing machine. The house also has a third floor, which besides a cozy bathroom, features a lounge with music and entertainment, additionally illuminated by atmospheric LED lighting. We provide bedding and towels, and basic cleaning supplies (dishwasher tablets, laundry capsules) in the bathrooms and kitchen. We also offer free monitored parking on the premises. A range of attractions awaits our guests at no extra charge: - a hot tub with bubbles under the open sky and overlooking the lake, - a cold plunge tub, - a sauna with a view of the lake along with a water tank, allowing us to enjoy an aromatic steam bath (by adding essential oils to the water tank) - a grill, - a large terrace with garden furniture, - a pier with a charming beach, - a rowing boat, SUP, pedal boat, - relaxation blogs in a hammock among the trees, - a table tennis table, board games, and a surprise for book lovers, - professional equipment for music lovers in a charming room located on the lowest floor, where you can not only enjoy music but also read a good book, play board games, and ping-pong. Guests will find hot water in the hot tub and a heated sauna (upon request). They are wood-fired. The wood-burning stoves create an unparalleled atmosphere conducive to relaxation and rest. The sound of burning wood and its scent add charm and enhance the quality of experiences during relaxation. Guests will have the opportunity to savor this pleasure. There is nothing more pleasant than cooling off in the lake after a sauna, especially in winter. You can run straight into the water from the shore or immerse yourself from the pier by descending the ladder. In winter, an axe will come in handy to carve a hole in the ice. You can also cool off with a bucket filled with cold water. A refundable deposit of 1000 PLN. The minimum rental period in high season: one week (from Saturday to Saturday). Check-in from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM (possible extension of the stay if there are no subsequent reservations). Booking is possible after paying a deposit of 50%, with the remaining amount payable no later than on the day of arrival to the bank account. Pets are allowed after prior arrangement.
