We cordially invite you to a year-round holiday home, located right on the lake in the picturesque, quiet and peaceful village of Guzowy Piec. Our house is located right on the historic border of Warmia and Mazury. The 160-square-meter exclusive house is located on a large, fenced plot with its own shoreline and pier, surrounded by the legendary Taborski Forest, adjacent to the Pasleka River. The place is ideal for lovers of blissful laziness, nature, peace and quiet, as well as people who like to spend time actively - walking, cycling, picking mushrooms or fishing. The house accommodates up to 7 people. It is comfortable. Heated with a heat pump and fully equipped. It consists of 3 bedrooms on the first floor, a spacious living room with a fireplace, sofa bed and TV, and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, coffee maker. There are two bathrooms with a shower and a washing machine. The house also has a third floor, where, in addition to a cozy bathroom, there is a living room with music and entertainment, additionally illuminated by atmospheric led lights. We provide linens and towels, in the bathrooms and kitchen basic cleaning products (dishwasher tablets, laundry capsules). We also offer free and monitored parking on the premises. A number of attractions await our guests in the price of their stay: - a hot tub with hot water and bubbles under the sky and overlooking the lake, - sauna overlooking the lake with a water tank, so we can enjoy an aromatic steam bath (by adding essential oils to the water tank) - barbecue, - a large terrace with garden furniture, - a pier with a charming beach, - rowboat, SUP, - blogs relax in a hammock among the trees, - table tennis table, board games and a surprise for book lovers, - professional equipment for music lovers in a charming room located in the lowest floor, here you can, in addition to music, read a good book, play board games, as well as ping-pong. Guests will be treated to a hot tub and a heated sauna (upon request). They are wood-fired. The wood-burning stoves create an unparalleled atmosphere that promotes relaxation and rest. The sound of burning wood and its smell add to the charm and enhance the relaxation experience. Guests will have the opportunity to taste this pleasure. There is nothing more pleasant than cooling off after a sauna in the lake, especially in winter. You can run from the shore straight into the water or take a dip from the pier by descending the ladder. In winter, an axe will come in handy to forge an icebreak. You can also use a bucket filled with cold water to cool off. Refundable deposit of 1000 PLN. Minimum rental period in high season: one week (from Saturday to Saturday). Check-in from 16.00 to 18.00, check-out by 10.00 a.m. (Possibility to extend the day in case of no further reservation). Reservation possible upon payment of a 50% deposit, the remaining amount payable no later than the day of arrival to the bank account. Stay of animals by prior arrangement.
