Today, this historic residence has been thoughtfully reimagined as an intimate retreat, where heritage and contemporary elegance coexist in perfect harmony. Every stage of the restoration was carried out with a strong commitment to sustainability, respecting the original character of the estate while embracing environmentally conscious principles. The renovation followed strict zero-mile and low-impact practices, with many original materials from the historic mansion, former stables, and surrounding structures carefully recovered and reused throughout the property. Local lava stone — deeply connected to the volcanic identity of the region — was extensively repurposed, preserving both the soul of the Casale and the authenticity of Sicilian craftsmanship. Carefully restored, the former stables have been transformed into an elegant patio with private parking, while the small vineyard that once flourished behind the Casale has given way to a serene swimming pool. From here, guests can admire the majestic silhouette of Mount Etna rising in the distance — a breathtaking backdrop for long, sun-drenched afternoons and tranquil evening swims. The two front-facing rooms of the Casale enjoy captivating views of the Mediterranean Sea, where morning light reflects softly over the water.
