Lera is a sweet villa, built in thick Mallorcan stone, located within walking distance of the charming old town of Pollensa. Doors lead directly from here to the covered terrace and pool, perfect for outdoor entertaining. The villa has a double bedroom with shower room, a twin bedroom, a bathroom and a utility room with washing machine. As for the other areas of the villa, the bedrooms and bathrooms have been finished to the highest standard. Outside, the uniquely designed pool and patio area is surrounded by three sides of lawn and is a perfect place to relax with fabulous views of the countryside and unspoilt mountains. A brick barbecue with sink and food preparation area is also available for guests to enjoy delicious meals al fresco. Ecotasa is included in the price.
