We invite you to a unique house with soul, located in a quiet, forested area – the perfect place for those who value simplicity, authenticity, and contact with nature. This is not a modern villa, but a large, old house with a history that has retained its unique atmosphere and character. House The house is approximately 170 m² and consists of: a large living room with a fireplace (wood included), a spacious kitchen with a concrete countertop, perfect for cooking together, four bedrooms, two simple bathrooms with visible signs of use, a covered outdoor space where you can relax regardless of the weather. The interiors are simple and raw but cozy – you will find wooden, creaky floors and natural materials here. This place has its rhythm, peace, and charm. Garden and surroundings The house is surrounded by a natural garden of about 1000 m² – with tall trees, shade, and the singing of birds. Guests can also enjoy a private pool (open from May to September) and a place for a barbecue and bonfire. This is a space created for relaxation, conversations by the fire, and lazy mornings with coffee among the trees. Atmosphere and climate The house is filled with the scent of wood, an old house, and the forest – for many guests, this is part of the charm of this place, which has something of the vacations of years past. It is not a house of sterile freshness, but of a natural, somewhat rustic character. A narrow, sandy road leads to the house – this is part of its forest charm. Additional information Parking for two cars behind the gate (others can be parked in the area). The house is not modern – it has minor imperfections resulting from age, which give it authenticity. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 7:00 – please respect the peace of the neighbors. The pool is open from May to the end of September. Who is this place for For those who: like peace, nature, and authentic places, want to escape from the city, can appreciate the simplicity and atmosphere of older houses. We do not recommend this place for those looking for modern amenities and sterile interiors. Here, time flows more slowly. Around you, only the forest, the singing of birds, and you – away from the hustle and bustle. A refundable deposit of 1500 PLN is required for each reservation. Please note that the models of garden and recreational equipment (e.g., grill, hammock, patio furniture) may differ from those shown in the photos. This is due to natural wear during guest stays and the seasonality of some elements.
