Lipa pod groniem is a secluded place located in Ustron, in a quiet neighborhood called Lipowiec. The family's land, which had been farmed for generations, had fallen into disuse over time. The idea arose to turn the area into a vibrant but still idyllic place. And so two semi-detached cottages were created, built just below Lipowski Gron. We named the cottages Rooster and Hound. The first floor of the house is occupied by a seating area with a sofa and TV, a dining area with a round table and a capacious closet for clothes, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary. The first floor also includes a bathroom with a shower stall and a washing machine. The first floor of the house consists of two bedrooms, which are equipped with very comfortable hotel beds with good quality mattresses. At the request of guests, the beds can be combined or single. From the cottages there is an exit to a covered terrace, where there are patio furniture and a hammock. This is a good alternative for evening sitting on summer days. This way we experience the various sounds of nature, which usually becomes active at this time of day. The garden is also atmospherically lit, while during the day we can enjoy the view of the greenery. In the distance we have only a field, a forest and a meadow where goats graze in the summer season. In a discreet part of the garden you will find a special room prepared for lovers of saunas and baths in the bale. The dry sauna and infrared sauna, in addition to their health-promoting properties, will allow you to soothe the senses, calm down and relax. The heated tub bath will allow you to relax in pleasant circumstances. Loungers and a covered area have been prepared to experience respite by catching a pleasant moment in the midst of nature.
