The separate kitchen is modern and fully equipped for the preparation of any type of meal. On the first floor there is also a cozy double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The other 3 en-suite bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin respectively) are located on the upper floor, together with a useful private gymnasium. The terrace on the upper floor offers spectacular views of the surroundings and the swimming pool. For added comfort, the entire villa is air-conditioned (included in the rental price at fixed times between 14:00-16:00 and 20:00-8:00). Outside the villa enjoys one of the most peaceful and private settings in the north of Mallorca. Extensive and well maintained gardens surround the property and private pool to provide excellent seclusion. The pool measures 7,9m x 4,5m (depth between 1m and 1,9m) and is equipped with comfortable sun loungers.
