The house is located in a picturesque rural area, overgrown with old oak trees giving a sense of seclusion and respite and from the hustle and bustle of the city. House in the first line of the shore from the river (150m), Zegrzyński Lagoon 1 km. The house is about 80m2, fully equipped 3 bedrooms + comfortable living room with kitchen and bathroom. The plot and garden is almost 2000m2, with a large part of the plot occupied by our private wild ravine, which leads directly to the river. There is a swimming pool* with heated water, sauna and jacuzzi. *the pool is available from May to September, and if weather permits - until mid-October Minimum rental of 7 days/700 PLN per day for max. 6 people, in case of a larger number of people, individual calculation. We invite families with children, we do not accept special events, bachelor parties, hen parties, etc. The night silence is obligatory.
