Tiny Place (tiny house) is a mountain haven where you will rest from the daily hustle and bustle among green meadows and forest. The house is located on a hill, away from other buildings, with picturesque views, where peace and quiet will be your companions throughout your stay. None in the immediate vicinity of other buildings. In a very large area there are only 2 cottages- "Cottage on Ubocy" and our new facility "Small Place" next to the forest (distance between cottages up to 100 m). Small Place for 2/3 people or 2+1/2 children What we offer ;) -beautiful view of the Tatra mountains -no other buildings in very close proximity -out of the way -plenty of space next to the cottage -spacious terrace -exclusive jacuzzi -to 3 km thermal pools -to 700 m railway station -fireplace The cottage is 3x7 m In the living room there is a sofa bed for 1/2 persons Table and chairs Kitchen (induction hob, kettle, fridge with freezer, cutlery, pots, pans, cups, glasses, tableware, toaster, No - dishwasher and oven) Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink Cabinets/stairs that lead to the mezzanine, and there a 140x200 mattress Such a small thing, but cool :) Jacuzii included in the price Replacement of water, cleaning 150 zł Replacement of towels, bedding - 30 zł. For non-motorized people we have a nice piece of information that in the near distance there are bus/bus stops and a railway station. On the day of arrival of guests may be charged a deposit of 500 PLN, payable in cash on the spot. The deposit is returned after checking the cottage and not finding any irregularities on it. We accept adult, well-behaved dog/cat of smaller breed. We do not agree to leave the pet alone in the house (only in a specially designated cage for the pet). We ask you to maintain order after the dog / cat on the property. There is a fee for staying with a pet (100 PLN per stay). You are cordially invited :)
