Description
The summerhouse is located in the picturesque village of Roztoki Górne, where only a few people live permanently. The cottage is remote from the public road by a forest and a small stream. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, 3 large beds and one pojdyncze. In the living room there is a large sofa bed. The cottage has full heating and a wood-burning stove. Satellite TV and a mini tower are available. Telephone coverage is poor but in front of the cottage you can usually catch a signal. Outside there is a barbecue and a fire pit. There is only one two-person family living next door, which is engaged in running an apiary. In addition, there are several houses in the immediate vicinity that are used occasionally and seasonally. The neighborhood is quiet and staying in the cottage provides direct contact with nature. About 2 kilometers away is the state border and a tourist crossing to Slovakia. On the Slovak side is the Poloniny National Park, which protects the beauty of the local nature. In this place you can enjoy hiking trails and paths without encountering hardly any people. The nearest stores and inns are located in Cisna i.e. at a distance of about 7 kilometers. At a distance of 4 km. in the village of Liszna is the Forest Animal House in which you can see many interesting species of animals and some can be stroked. In the same village there is a seasonal excellent bar Banderoza, where you can have a good dinner on the banks of a stream. At a distance of 5 km. there is a station of the Bieszczady Forest Railway. Markowa Chata invites guests who value peace, quiet and contact with nature. Tourists can bring their dog or cat, provided they are clean. You are invited to enjoy this beautiful corner of the Bieszczady Mountains.
