The house has 8 double rooms, six of them with private bathroom and two sharing a bathroom, guaranteeing privacy and comfort for groups of up to 20 people. The spacious common areas include a 45 m² dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and two living rooms: one designed for long after-dinner meals and the other dedicated to leisure, with billiards and table soccer for fun afternoons. Outside, 15,000 m² of green areas, a 260 m² porch and a magnificent saltwater swimming pool, perfect for cooling off under the Mediterranean sun, await you. The covered barbecue invites you to share meals outdoors, while the garden and mountain views create the ideal setting for relaxation and contemplation.
