La Teuleria de l’Estany is a large and cozy farmhouse with capacity for 15 people, ideal for enjoying tranquility and nature 🌳 It has a swimming pool 🏊, barbecue 🔥, swings, and spacious outdoor areas and sheds for exclusive use. It is completely isolated, with no neighbors, and surrounded by fields and forests, with a chicken coop 🐓 and a pond with ducks 🦆. It offers open views of Solsonès, Segarra, Anoia, and Pla d’Urgell, and is committed to renewable energies (wind and photovoltaic 🔋). - The space The ground floor has 150 m². In this space, there is a multipurpose room, a full bathroom, three bedrooms, a dining room with an open kitchen, and a fireplace. This floor has direct access to nature and direct access to the pool area. The swimming pool measures 11 m long by 5.5 m wide and is covered in winter. This causes the water temperature to increase by about 10° and be suitable for bathing all year round, although it is not heated. The first floor also has 150 m². It has an entrance hall, a kitchen, a dining room, two full bathrooms, and four bedrooms. It also has a covered outdoor porch and a terrace with panoramic views of nature and the pool. The two floors are connected by an internal staircase and also have independent access. In the outdoor areas, we find several sheds with barbecue, paella area, outdoor tables, games (ping pong, foosball, darts, …) and much more. - Services and common areas The entire farmhouse and its surroundings are for the exclusive use of your group.
