Dear Guests, Masuria Lakehouse is an intimate guesthouse located on a picturesque peninsula between the Ułówki and Laśmiady lakes. This place is designed for adults and families with children over 10 years old who wish to relax in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We offer a space for tranquility, breathing, and contact with nature, with direct access to the lake, a vast private area, and a beach perfect for sunsets. 🏡 Guesthouse and Hosts Our guesthouse is managed by Ewa and Radek – hosts present on-site, ready to answer questions and assist in any situation. Ewa also runs the therapy office "Ewa Staciwa Integrative Therapy," located in the guesthouse building. If you would like to take advantage of a massage or therapy session, please contact us in advance: tel. 515 379 708 🍳 Dining • Breakfasts in buffet form are served daily in the guesthouse dining room at 9:00 AM – included in the price of your stay. • Lunches or dinners can be ordered from our restaurant menu. There is always something delicious to choose from our chef Kuba. • Alternatively, you can visit restaurants in Ełk (20 minutes drive) 🌿 Grounds and Nature • The guesthouse is situated on a 35-hectare private property with access to the lake, two beaches (grass and sandy) and a network of mowed walking paths. • Guests of the guesthouse can freely use most of the grounds, including the beach, bonfire area, and common spaces. In order to maintain peace and an intimate atmosphere in the glamping area, the hill and sandy beach are designated exclusively for adults. Children are warmly invited to enjoy other attractions on the grounds, including the grassy beach, paths, and natural resources on the property. Thank you for respecting this rule. 🌊 Lake and Activities • Access to the lake and two beaches – grassy (water equipment) and sandy (quiet zone). • Included in the price of your stay: 🚣 3 kayaks, 🛶 4 SUP boards, 🚲 1 pedal boat, 3 bicycles • Fishing from the pier is possible after purchasing a permit at the Orlen station (Ełk). 🔥 Bonfire and Grill • Bonfire area by the grassy beach. The desire to light a bonfire should be reported to the staff. The cost of preparing and lighting the bonfire is 100 PLN. • The grill is located in the courtyard of the guesthouse. To use it, please contact us in advance: 733 320 360. • Using the grill shelter is free if you use your own supplies (charcoal, trays, plates, etc.). • There is an option to rent a grill set – 100 PLN (plates, cups, cutlery, and charcoal/firewood) • Please leave the area tidy and respect the comfort of other guests using the grill shelter or bonfire. 🐾 Pets Although we love animals, we do not accept guests with pets. Two German Shepherds – Rex and Wolf, live with us on the Masuria property – our friends and guardians of the premises. They are friendly, energetic, and eager to play. We will gladly inform you how to interact with them to ensure a pleasant time for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and respect for this decision. ❤️ Rooms In our guesthouse, we offer cozy double rooms in various configurations. Some rooms have single beds that can be combined into a double bed, while others have single beds without this option. Please inform us in advance about your preferred configuration – this will help us prepare for your stay. However, we cannot guarantee a specific room as their number is limited and availability may be restricted on the day of booking. 🚗 Parking and Arrival • Parking is located right next to the guesthouse and is free of charge. • Please send us an SMS with your planned arrival time. 🕒 Check-in and Check-out • Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Due to ongoing preparations of rooms for the next Guests, cleaning, and internal organization of work, we cannot accept Guests earlier. We would appreciate your respect for this rule. • Check-out: by 11:00 AM. After check-out, we warmly invite you to stay on the Masuria Lakehouse grounds. You can still enjoy the beach, relish the tranquility of our place, and order a meal at the restaurant to spend a little more time with us. "Check-in after 8:00 PM" We inform you that the standard check-in hours at our guesthouse are from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. In case of arrival after this hour, an additional fee of 350 PLN will be charged. This fee is due to the need to provide individual service outside of our guesthouse's regular working hours and to respect our team's schedule. Thank you for your understanding and please inform us in advance if you plan a late arrival. 📅 Reservations and Refunds • A full refund of the reservation amount is possible up to 7 days before the planned arrival.
