A modern treehouse in an industrial style, designed for a maximum of 4 people (2+2). The house is equipped with a kitchenette combined with a living room and a bathroom with a shower cabin. It has two terraces – one with a view on the roof and the other picnic-style under the house. The house is available year-round, heated, and fully equipped. Its location right by the water encourages the use of water attractions, and we have plenty of them! Find something for yourself and extend your stay today with additional options. The house has a private hot tub, with an additional fee of 250 PLN/stay. On-site, there is an option to use the sauna by prior phone arrangement at +48 511123450. The fee for a 2-hour session is 300 PLN. For groups, we require a deposit of 500 PLN payable on-site on the day of arrival. RESERVATION RULES - During holidays, public holidays, and long weekends – prices apply as in the high season. We do not refund deposits for reservations. We accept pets for an additional fee of 100 PLN/stay for pets up to 5 kg, 200 PLN for those over 5 kg. Directions: Nad Narvią ul.Czesława Miłosza 16, 05-140 Serock. Free unguarded parking is available at the gate of our resort, between the Narvil and Pan Tadeusz hotels. After parking, we invite you through the gate to the garden, where our friendly dogs can roam freely. At the end of the garden, there is a house with a wooden facade. To reach the houses Nad Narvią, walk along the wooden house, down the stairs between the trees.
