A cozy cottage in Dubicze Cerkiewne, on the edge of the Białowieża Forest and near the Bachmaty Reservoir. This peaceful place is ideal for couples, families with children, and those seeking contact with nature, tranquility, and relaxation. The proximity to the swimming area, bike trails, and Podlasie routes makes it easy to combine a lazy stay with exploring the region. Our Podlasie is a year-round, cozy cottage with an area of 35 m², designed for a maximum of 5 people. The interior includes an open living room with a kitchenette and a table, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a mezzanine with three single beds. There is a terrace in front of the cottage. The living room features a workspace for remote work and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, and basic dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils. The bedroom offers storage space, blankets, synthetic and hypoallergenic pillows, blackout blinds, and a mosquito net. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and hand soap. The interior reflects the local character of Podlasie. Wall hangings, ceramics, and the color scheme create a cozy space with distinct regional accents. During their stay, guests have access to the entire cottage and private outdoor space. The area includes a terrace, a garden of approximately 300 m², a hammock, and garden furniture. There is also a garden shed on the property where bicycles or motorcycles can be stored. Guests have access to a grill, and charcoal is provided on-site at no additional charge. Cars can be parked on the property or by the fence. There is also a charging point for electric cars on the premises. Guests are asked to notify in advance if they wish to use the charger. Charging is additionally charged at 1.30 PLN/kWh. The cottage is located in Dubicze Cerkiewne, in a cozy neighborhood of cottages by the Bachmaty Reservoir, on the edge of the Białowieża Forest. It is a peaceful, wooded area where the closeness to nature combines with the characteristic climate of the Polish-Belarusian-Ukrainian border. The property is about 300 meters from the Bachmaty Reservoir and swimming area. Nearby runs the Green Velo Podlasie route, and the area is conducive to cycling, walking, swimming, kayaking, fishing, and mushroom picking. It is worth visiting the Podlasie Church Trail, getting to know Dubicze Cerkiewne and local traditions, as well as visiting Hajnówka, Białowieża, Topiło, or Holy Mountain Grabarka. There is also a local restaurant serving Belarusian cuisine nearby. The property can be reached by car, using Google Maps directions. From provincial road 685 in Dubicze Cerkiewne, turn onto Polna Street towards the Bachmaty Reservoir. After about 500 meters, before the sign indicating the end of the village, turn right onto the neighborhood road, and then after about 70 meters, take the second alley on the left. The cottage is on the right side. There is parking available on the premises. The nearest bus stop is about 0.5 km from the property, while the Witowo train station is about 4.5 km away. Check-in starts at 16:00, and check-out is until 11:00. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. The cottage has steep stairs leading to the mezzanine, so special attention should be paid to small children.
