We invite you to a newly built and finished year-round holiday cottage in a modern style and high standard. The cottage is located forty meters from the shore of the Olza lake bay, where a charming complex of relaxation piers is situated, connected to a floating pier, which during the summer serves as a docking station for pedal boats, SUP boards, and is an ideal place for anglers. Lake Olza is an exceptionally warm, charming body of water - a paradise for fishermen, water sports enthusiasts, and anyone looking for relaxation in nature. The cottage is 9 kilometers (12 minutes) from the exit of the A1 motorway in Gorzyce, making it an excellent place to stay for those traveling south. The lake in Olza is known for many species of fish and is managed by PZW. We are happy to assist with the formalities for anglers wishing to spend time by the water. PZW offers short-term permits for non-members and foreigners. On one of the shores, there is a recreation center with a beach and catering facilities, along with many attractions for the youngest. 140 meters from the cottage, there is a grocery and industrial store, as well as a Żabka store. In the nearby vicinity, you will find the beginning of many bike trails that connect the picturesque landscapes of the Odra meanders with the border areas of the Czech Republic - Moravia. In the 2026 season, two bicycles will be available for you in our new bike shelter. Additionally, guests have access to a shelter ideal for outdoor meals and a charcoal grill.
