New Barn is a cottage with a large terrace located pine forest . Ideal for a family with children, two couples or friends who want a break from the city without traveling for hours. The cottage combines the advantages of a short distance from Warsaw (40 minutes by car) with the charms of the countryside. There is no need to drive anywhere to go for a walk - after passing the gate we are already in the woods. The New Barn is a year-round place, heated with a fireplace, consisting of a living room combined with an equipped kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom with a shower and two independent bedrooms on the first floor (steep stairs). The house has air conditioning. On our more than a hectare plot of land located in the colony of the village of Ludwinow there are three houses, each with a separate fenced area. Two of these houses "New Barn" and "Under the Forest" are rented to our guests, the third is our family home. On the territory of our farm is a large (4mx8m depth 1,6m) swimming pool which is available to our guests and us. A few kilometers from our house is the old river Bug - a breeding place for wild birds, abundant in various types of fish. A short distance from the Bug and Zegrzynski Lagoon allows you to enjoy the water attractions. Good, not very busy paved roads encourage cycling or road biking. The entire house and garden is for guests. Possibility to use a large swimming pool (4 m x 9 m depth 1,6 m). The pool is open from June 10 to September 18. If you want to spend time in a relaxing atmosphere then you have come to the right place, we value silence and harmony with nature.
