95 kilometers east of Berlin, directly in the Oderbruch, two tiny houses await you, combined into one energy-saving vacation home. The perfect place to switch off and enjoy nature. The house offers a retreat for up to four people per accommodation unit. Everything is perfectly coordinated in a minimal space of 40 square meters and offers plenty of room for both relaxing and working. The house was completed in 2024, has a modern energy concept (thermal insulation, geothermal heat pump) and a high level of living comfort.
