Located in Kashubia on Lake Marchowo, it offers coziness, tranquility and a unique experience. Picturesque views, the beauty of the surrounding nature, full of taste design of the objects located on the plot are our strongest assets. About which I will tell you more in a moment. LOCATION AND ACCESS Great location allows for convenient access and easy exploration of the area. Those looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city will instantly reach us from the Tri-City in just 20 minutes. Guests from further corners of Poland, will easily reach their destination without excessive use of navigation. They can also easily explore the attractions of Pomerania from here. Depending on their needs, we offer an excellent, upscale alternative to traditional tourist accommodations. Meanwhile, Glamping fans and those looking for unparalleled comfort in nature will find the perfect refuge here. COMFORT AND BEAUTY Our guests immediately discover the uniqueness of this place. The buildings are our, fully original designs and ideas. Starting from the luxurious, two-level cottage with a total area of 50 m² where a family of 4 can live in full comfort, through the magnificent Glamping tent, whose unique design and one-of-a-kind shape of the dome and terrace have become an icon and showpiece of the Settlement, to the refined garden space with many amenities. Comfort and privacy are guaranteed by a large, fenced 1000-square-meter plot with internal parking spaces. The well-organized space is sure to be appreciated by parents, and the cozy character by guests desiring peace and intimacy. GLAMPING We are fans of glamping and wider recreation to an above-average standard. That's why we designed our own glamping tent, which is the central attraction of the plot at the Settlement. It is as large as 32 sq. m. and has a large wooden terrace with all-weather capabilities. It's a very romantic and sensually stimulating property, with its own kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and an extremely comfortable double bed from which, through a glass wall, you can enjoy a view of the green garden. There are also additional sleeping places for two children. DESIGN AND COMFORT Both the tent and the cottage are finished with aesthetically pleasing wood and materials in harmony with the surrounding nature. The facilities are heated, the tent is also air-conditioned. Fully functional bathrooms and a kitchenette allow full independence. In the lodge you can enjoy a modern fireplace, and those thirsty for multimedia will be pleased with the available TV with streaming platforms and Wi-Fi Internet. We have transferred the aesthetics and spirit of "glamping" style to the other facilities as well, which enrich the functionality of your stay. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES The plot includes a multi-purpose garden kitchen that can accommodate up to 8 people at a table. It is naturally incorporated with an induction cooker, sink, refrigerator, electrical outlets and a high-end Broil King gas grill. The whole area is covered and enhanced with atmosphere-building lighting. You can use it all year round! In the relaxation area you will relax on the garden hammock, and children will appreciate the dedicated playground with a swing and sandbox. You'll sum up a fantastic day at the Settlement by basking in the thermal bath with bubbles and optional chroma and aromatherapy. PRICES AND ADDITIONAL FEES Seasonal price list applies. Deposit It is important to include a refundable deposit in your booking plan - refundable at the end of the rental. The amount of the deposit is the price of one day's rental of the facility. Refund time depends on the normal cycle of bank operations, usually up to 48 hours after the return order. Thermal bath In the case of renting: a tent | a cottage | an entire plot of land, for one night only, there is an additional fee for the preparation of the Thermal Bath (water change and heating). In the case of rental for a minimum of two nights - no additional charge for the first filling and heating of the Thermal Bath. ATTRACTIONS The region is famous for its natural charm, rich nature and picturesque lakes. In direct access, our guests have easy access to the bathing area, fishing enthusiasts will also find their way here. The cool forest space around the lake is ideal for walks or bike rides. We also recommend to our guests additional attractions in the area, such as horse stables, a center with Alpacas and good local restaurants.
