Hi! We have to offer modern comfortable and well-equipped cottages in the forest located directly on the Patyki lagoon in the municipality of Zelów in the province of Lodz. Each cottage is dedicated for 4 - 6 people (two double bedrooms and a sofa bed). The cottage has a well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with underfloor heating, a living room with a beautiful view of the forest, a large TV and high-speed fiber-optic internet. An added bonus is a large net over the living room space for relaxing. Our cottages are year-round - they provide thermal comfort in winter and pleasant coolness in summer. In addition to the beautiful surroundings, we have as many as 11 activity zones - that is, attractions with something for everyone! Fire zone - unique tipi tents with a fire pit; Earth zone - running trails and Ninja Warrior track - for adults and children; Air zone - construction for aerial sports like aerial yoga, aerial silks, aerial hoop; Water zone - SUP boards for swimming on the lagoon or practicing yoga and Pilates on the water; Mental zone - a room for yoga and Pilates; Movement zone - a very well-equipped gym with free weights; Games zone - billiards, ping pong and board games for rent; Relaxation zone - a room with hammocks ; Creativity zone - a free space for you to make your own arrangements and organize your event; Hot zone - our forest spa - sauna and jacuzzi among the trees; Cold zone - a ballroom with ice-cold water. A place you really don’t want to leave. We stayed here as a family (2+2) for two nights… and that was definitely too short. By the very first day, we were already regretting that it was only two days. The cabins are nicely designed—very comfortable, well-equipped, and at the same time “in tune with nature.” The forest literally comes right through the windows, and the view and silence do the trick from the very first moment. Everything is polished and cohesive—you can tell someone really thought this through, rather than just “throwing up some lodging.” A huge plus for the space and the variety of things to do—the kids weren’t bored for a single moment, and we were able to truly relax (which rarely goes hand in hand 😄). Activity zones, hammocks, the campfire vibe, the forest, and the lake—you can either do nothing or do more than you planned. This place has great energy—the kind where you can slow down a bit without feeling like you’re wasting time. We’ll definitely be back, and for a longer stay.

The stay was great! Excellent communication with the hosts, in case of any needs we received help very quickly. The girls are smug! We were immediately shown around the entire complex. The resort itself beautiful, the cottage very well equipped. Comfortable beds, plenty of places to relax. We got a cottage on the very edge, so maximum privacy and quiet. Great areas with attractions, even though we were there for two weeks, we would not use all the possibilities of the place. Next to the cottages there is a lake, foodtracs, beaches and a volleyball court. It is very close to Belchatow, and in Zelow itself there is everything you need for a quick visit. We usually try to look for new places to vacation, but I feel that to Patiky we will return! Thank you for your hospitality and we keep our fingers crossed for continued success in Patiky, because this place has a lot of potential! 🤍
