Also, less than a kilometer from a 50-hectare nature reserve with a swimming lake featuring a sandy beach, where there are also hiking trails, a children's playground, tennis courts, volleyball, a café, and lifeguards in the summer. A charming and beautifully renovated gîte in the former stable of the house, with a large open living space (with a double sofa bed) featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge. A lovely double bedroom (can be provided with a double bed OR two single beds) and a bathroom complete the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a large garden room, with two single beds, overlooking a private terrace/patio perfect for outdoor dining (BBQ available). A baby cot and high chair are available, and another single bed can be added to the garden room if needed. The staircase has a permanent safety gate installed on the ground floor, and a second gate is available for the first floor. The garden room is large enough to also provide a workspace, and a desk or work tables can be provided if needed. High-speed internet, reversible air conditioning/heating. With large windows and skylights throughout, it is a beautiful and bright house with views of the garden, many trees, and vineyards visible in the distance.
