Petit Est Eco Cottage is a charming fully renovated cottage located about 50 km east of Bordeaux and just 20 km south of Saint-Émilion and its famous vineyards. The cottage is set in a large private garden, peaceful, wooded, and flowering, where you can enjoy the tranquility and the song of birds. The garden also offers many spaces conducive to relaxation. About 800 meters from the cottage is a 50-hectare nature reserve with a swimming lake and a sandy beach. The site also features hiking trails, a children's playground, tennis courts, a volleyball court, a fishing pond, and a café. In summer, swimming is supervised. The village is located about 500 meters away and hosts summer festivals and events. The region offers many opportunities for discovery, with farmers' markets, gourmet specialties, wine tastings, as well as visits to castles and medieval bastides. The cottage is set up in the former stable of the house and has a large, bright, open living space. The kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the dining room and living room. The living area also includes a double sofa bed. Upstairs is a double bedroom that can be arranged with a large bed or with two single beds, as well as a bathroom. On the ground floor, a second living space has two single beds and opens directly onto a private terrace. This terrace is set up for outdoor dining and relaxation, with a table and garden chairs, a sofa, armchairs, a large hammock, and a barbecue. A baby cot and a high chair are available. An additional single bed can also be installed in the ground floor living space if necessary. For families with young children, a safety gate is permanently installed at the bottom of the stairs and a second gate is available upstairs. The ground floor living space is spacious enough to also serve as an office or workspace. Work tables can be provided as needed. The cottage has high-speed internet access as well as air conditioning and reversible heating, ensuring pleasant comfort throughout the year. Thanks to its large windows and skylights, the cottage benefits from beautiful natural light. The openings offer pleasant views of the garden, the surrounding trees, and the vineyards visible in the distance.
