Description
Płomykówka is a house created as a base for exploring the Tatra Mountains and their nature. This cozy, wooden house with an area of approximately 85 m² was designed with comfort and closeness to nature in mind. It has three floors, including two classic bedrooms and an atmospheric loft space in the attic. One of the floors has a bathroom, and large windows provide natural light and open up a view of the mountains and Tatra forests. We are very much looking forward to your arrival and have provided directions below. We would be grateful if you could adhere to the check-in times due to the working hours of our team members and our desire to provide you with the best possible experience. Płomykówka is a mountain house located outside the main buildings - there is a paved road leading to it - you may have to walk a few dozen meters to the house - this is part of the charm of this place :) There is a parking lot right next to the cottages for 1 car (accessed via a steep driveway recommended for very experienced drivers), and a larger, flatter parking lot for other cars on the road leading from the asphalt road to our plot (80 m above the cottages). (in which case you will have to walk down the road from the parking lot to the cottages). Before your arrival, please check the weather conditions - in summer, heavy rainfall can make the roads muddy, and in winter, winter tires are necessary. We recommend 4x4 vehicles and having chains at hand. Our hostess will arrange the details of your arrival with you, give you the keys, and show you the house. It is part of a complex with two other small houses - Wilcza Polana and Czarny Domek. Guests from these places also have access to booking the sauna and hot tub for private sessions at the SPA. It is a central location, yet full of peace and quiet - located near Bukowina and Białka, just 20 minutes from Zakopane and about 30 minutes from the Slovakian ski slopes. The property has a private SPA area with a dry sauna and a wooden hot tub (without hydromassage), available for booking with the host for an additional fee of PLN 150 per session. Guests have the entire house at their disposal, including an open living room with a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and coffee machines (capsule and Moccamaster), and a dining room with a table for six. The focal point of the interior is a wood-burning stove, which creates a cozy atmosphere on colder days. The house has been finished to a high standard, using natural, local materials. The living room has a Sonos sound system, and the attic has a corner for working and relaxing with a book. Outside, there are two terraces - one perfect for morning coffee with a view of the mountains, the other for evening relaxation surrounded by the forest. The whole creates a harmonious space conducive to regeneration, closeness to nature, and peaceful rest at any time of the year.
