Already from the comfortable sofa in the living room you can admire the picturesque panorama of the lake, and spend summer afternoons in the garden gazebo, enjoying the peace and quiet. The offer includes the rental of the entire house with the adjacent plot, which guarantees complete privacy and freedom. The 250-square-meter house can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people. It consists of four spacious apartments, each with an area of about 55 square meters. Each apartment has a living room with a sofa bed or corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, one or two bedrooms and a private bathroom. Each apartment has access to a balcony or terrace overlooking the lake. In addition, the house offers two cozy double rooms, each with its own bathroom. In total, there are eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, four kitchenettes and four living rooms. One of the suites has a common area overlooking the lake, ideal for gathering together over coffee or by the fireplace. The apartments have goat-type fireplaces, as well as additional electric heating, so the house provides a cozy atmosphere regardless of the season. In the garden awaits a spacious gazebo, garden furniture, barbecue and swings and slide for children. Free parking for several cars is available on the property. Just 300 meters from the house there is an additional green plot on the very shore of the lake. This is an ideal place for a bonfire, with an open view of the bay and a space to relax right by the water.
