On the outskirts of Albacete is a mountain refuge decorated in Arabic style, with the only orthodox church tower in the world in a house, in a Roman style garden with classical statues and columns, 3 ponds with swans, exotic ducks, rabbits and chickens. At night everything is illuminated as if it were Santa Claus' house. Nearby is Alcalá del Júcar, one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, the Lagunas de Ruidera, the source of the river Mundo, the Alcaraz and Segura mountain ranges, and one hour from the beach of Alicante, two hours from Valencia or Benidorm, Cuenca, the castle of Belmonte, the castle of Alarcón and much more. Nature, history and culture, our Arab shelter is close to everything... and the firewood is free! The lodging On the outside, it is a Nordic style shelter in bright red wood. Inside, a Moroccan riad with Arabian sofa and furniture, Moroccan brass washbasin, and shelves and table made of olive wood. Around the house is a 3000m² garden full of flowers, with Roman statues as if it were Prague or Rome, several ponds and fountains with colored lighting, garlands hanging from tree branches, swans, ducks, peacocks, rabbits and our docile dog. It is a very beautiful and romantic setting, ideal for relaxing in summer and swimming in the pool, enjoying a barbecue dinner with the family all year round, or feeling like in a mountain refuge with a fire in the fireplace watching from the window as it snows or rains. The children's play area is a small playground (trampoline, slide, playhouse and multiple toys). Your children will enjoy giving bread to the ducks or petting the rabbits. A house to enjoy at any time of the year. Guest access We can plug in hybrid electric cars or cars that do not consume more than 1000 W (normal plug). The swimming pool, barbecue (firewood is included), the 3000m² garden, furniture, toys, etc. are in common use with the owners (married couple and 3 year old girl). We use them very little, so they are free almost all the time. The washing machine is used a lot, but it is perfectly compatible with the use by the guests with a little organization.
