It combines the rustic charm of Provence with modern comfort and is suitable for both a romantic getaway for two and family or friends' vacations. Fully equipped, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It features four pleasant bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located by the pool. For larger groups, additional accommodations are available within the estate. The total capacity of the estate can thus reach up to 24 people. On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen as well as a cozy living room that opens onto a large terrace. This offers a panoramic view of the estate and the surrounding mountains. It is an ideal place to share long meals, enjoy a glass of rosé at sunset, or simply relax in the tranquility of Provence. Below the terrace is a heated private pool. Thanks to solar and thermal panels, the water temperature ranges between 20 and 28 °C depending on the season. The pool is perfect for a refreshing swim in the morning or a moment of relaxation during the day. Outdoor enthusiasts benefit from direct access to hiking trails and mountain biking routes that traverse the surrounding forests, ridges, and valleys. The house is also close to the natural landscapes of the Mercantour National Park. This place offers a peaceful and spacious setting, surrounded by Provençal nature.
