Views of passing boats, sparkling waves, and impressive birds. The lakeside lodge offers every comfort for two people (or three with an extra bed). Whether you want to celebrate, seek complete tranquility, barbecue, fish, or retreat to work, everything is possible here. Experience an extraordinary time in 50 m² of living space with a spectacular view of the water. Two terraces and the surrounding property of approx. 500 m² offer shade, sun, idyll – whatever you need at the moment. The house is suitable for 1-2 people. There is also sleeping accommodation for a third person. Parking spaces are available right outside the door. Small, quiet dogs are also welcome by arrangement. Terrace The terraces are each 25 m² in size. Both offer a wonderful view of Lake Stößensee, the northernmost part of Lake Wannsee. No matter how much sun, shade, or peace and quiet you want – you can choose your own spot! Beautiful solid wood garden furniture, lanterns, and shady plant boxes invite you to relax or enjoy cheerful company at any time of day. A Weber gas grill is located under the terrace and can be used at any time. Bathroom The friendly and brightly lit bathroom with natural light has plenty of storage space for your clothes. A spacious, floor-level shower, sink with a large mirror, toilet, and generous storage space for cosmetics offer stylish comfort. A hairdryer is also available. High-quality hand and bath towels are provided as a matter of course. Living room An open space that offers many things: a bedroom at night, a cozy living area during the day, a fireplace corner with two comfortable armchairs that can be arranged to sleep a third person. The unobstructed view of Lake Stößensee and the Havel River, the boats and the swans invites you to dream, relax, or find inspiration. A screen (3 m x 2.80 m) can be lowered for watching television. All popular channels are broadcast via the projector. Bedroom The sleeping area also has a stunning view of the water. Blinds allow you to decide for yourself how much of the view you want to see. The bed is 1.60 m wide. Bed linen, plenty of blankets, and pillows are of course provided. The beautiful walnut floorboards also add to the cozy atmosphere. The sliding door gives you direct access to the north-facing terrace. Kitchen Cooking with a view of the lake is a real experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, pots, glasses, cutlery, an induction hob, a microwave with grill function, and a coffee machine. Drinks and food can be conveniently stored in the refrigerator, freezer, and kitchen cabinets. Garden In addition, the garden can be used by both houseboat renters and residents of the Seelodge. The spacious 500 m² lawn, planted with shady trees and shrubs, offers sunbathing areas, a hammock, and a fishing spot. You can also access the water directly from the garden to paddle or cool off in the clean Stößensee lake.
