Surrounded by forests, meadows, and water, it provides a sense of space, freedom, and closeness to nature, whose rhythm is marked by each day here. The heart of the estate is a charming, restored cottage serving as the homestead, which features five cozy rooms. The interiors are simple, warm, and harmonious – conducive to relaxation and tranquility. The house is surrounded by a large terrace, perfect for morning coffee, shared meals, or long conversations at sunset. The entire property is set on a vast, fenced area, with no direct neighbors, ensuring complete privacy and a feeling of being "away from the world." On the estate, there is also a Tiny House - a forest cottage. This intimate 42 m² cottage was created for those seeking peace, closeness to nature, and comfortable relaxation in a unique place. The cottage includes a cozy double bedroom, a small room with a single bed, a wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, and a comfortable living room conducive to relaxation at any time of the year. The cottage is fully equipped, allowing guests to feel at ease whether on a short weekend getaway or a longer stay. Guests also have access to a private outdoor space – a green lawn, comfortable benches, and a place to relax amidst nature. It is an ideal space for morning coffee, evening conversations, or moments of quiet with a view of the surrounding nature. A huge advantage of the cottage is the views – from the windows, you can observe animals spending time in nearby paddocks, creating a unique, pastoral atmosphere and allowing for a deeper immersion in the rhythm of nature. On the estate, there is a pond with a sandy beach, which invites relaxation and fun by the water on warm days. Just 400 meters from the house flows the Warta River, perfect for peaceful walks, kayaking trips, or moments of contemplation in nature. The area is filled with beautiful forest paths and hiking trails, ideal for walking and cycling excursions. The estate is also home to animals, which are an inseparable part of it. Guests – especially the youngest – can participate in feeding the animals, which brings children a lot of joy and allows for close, natural contact with rural life. It is a space where children learn mindfulness, responsibility, and respect for nature. Our residents include: two ponies, 4 sheep, 5 goats, 2 pigs, 4 cats, 1 dog, two ducks, and quite a few chickens. Guests have access to a sauna, perfect for recovery after an active day, as well as bicycles that allow for exploring the area at their own pace. There is also the option to rent a kayak and spend time on the water. In case of bad weather, we invite you to the spacious barn, where you can actively spend time playing ping pong or simply relaxing in a casual, laid-back atmosphere. Near the estate, there is a ferry that can take you to the town of Chojno – there awaits a bathing area by the lake and beachside restaurants. The area is also rich in numerous lakes, ideal for day trips, swimming, and summer relaxation. Siedlisko Słoneczny Jar is a place conducive to both peaceful relaxation and active recreation.
