Skansen Holiday is a year-round accommodation facility located in the picturesque area of Zalew na Piaskach (popularly known as Zalew Kryspinów) in Cholerzyn, near Krakow. Choosing our facility, you can combine sightseeing located within a ten-kilometer radius of Krakow, with relaxation away from the big-city noise. The Skansen Holiday is a great base for exploring the region's attractions, such as the Przegorzaly Castle, the Benedictine Abbey in Tyniec or the Wolski Forest with the Zoological Garden and the Jozef Pilsudski Mound. We offer wooden terraced cottages with kitchenettes. There is parking in front of the property, all cottages are heated, air-conditioned and have access to free WiFi. We organize excursions with pick-up from the property to the Wieliczka Salt Mine or Energylandia, as well as transfers to Krakow-Balice Airport, less than 3 kilometers away. The complex houses the Skansen Smaków Inn, serving regional dishes. Skansen Holiday guests are entitled to a 10% discount on all dishes and drinks from the main menu card. A real gem of the restaurant are the Folk Show evenings, which are feasts, delicious Polish dishes and songs and dances performed by a Krakow folk band. Skansen Holiday is a pet-friendly place, so you are welcome with your four-legged friends. Around the lagoon there is a separate beach for dogs and a fenced enclosure, and thanks to the surrounding forest areas there is no shortage of places for long, relaxing walks.
