Cottage on a Sudeten hill Our cottage stands on a beautiful hill overlooking the Sudetenland, with a fragrant forest growing behind the house. After a day of mountain walking or biking on the Singletrack Glacensis trail, you can light a bonfire in the evening by the house or sit on the terrace and watch a good movie under a cloud. Nowa Pławnica is a picturesque village located between Bystrzyca Klodzka and Śnieżnik Landscape Park. It is here that you can wake up in the morning listening to the singing of birds, and end the day admiring the sun setting over the Sudeten mountains. Nowa Pławnica is an ideal place to relax for those looking for an escape from big-city noise and those who want to spend time actively. The house, with an area of 145 m2, accommodates 12 people (11 people + 1 extra bed) with a sauna and a wood-fired bale. It consists of 3 bedrooms for 3 persons (one double bed and one single bed), where there is a closet, Tv, bedside tables with lamps and contacts, living room with a folding corner sofa, two bathrooms with showers (equipped with a hair dryer, basic toiletries, towels and hotel slippers), kitchen and vestibule. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easily prepare meals in it. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, milk frother, pots and pans and dishes. Before the arrival of guests, we replenish the supply of tea, and for coffee lovers there will be instant coffee, brewed coffee and coffee beans for the coffee maker. In the dining room there is a table that will accommodate all 12 guests. In addition, there is a feeding chair for children in the house. In front of the house at your disposal is a 60 m terrace. On the property there is a gazebo with a kitchen and a Billiard (billiards available from September 2023) There is high-speed wireless Internet throughout the building. The house is equipped with audio / RTV equipment, TV 81 channels + Netflix. To make evenings at home more pleasant, there are board games + chess, as well as a library. The house is also equipped with a wireless speaker and colorful lighting (such as for New Year's Eve). In addition, there is a summer cinema (projector with speaker and hdmi cable + white board on the terrace). Next to the cottage there is a fire pit (wood included in the price of house rental). You can come to us with your pets. We offer dogs on site bowls, hygiene bags, towels for wiping paws, and a fenced 40-acre plot of land for exclusive use! And if our plot for your friend is not enough - behind the fence there is a path leading to the forest. We guarantee great fun and plenty of room for your pet to nosh. Surroundings and attractions In Klodzko Land there is no shortage of attractions for the active and nature-loving. Around Nowa Plawnica there are many mountain trails ideal for hiking. For lovers of more physically demanding activities, there is also no shortage of Singletrack Glacensis bicycle trails in our area. In the Śnieżnik Landscape Park and in the forests of the Bystrzyckie Mountains there are many places where impressive blueberries and beautiful mushrooms grow. We recommend taking a morning walk in the forest in search of forest treasures. Remember to take a container with you! In winter you can not get bored here either. Ski slopes are not far from our cottage. Just get in the car and drive to, for example, Czarna Góra, Spalona or Zieleniec. For lovers of cross-country skiing there are cross-country trails in Spalona or Duszniki-Zdrój. The youngest can sled down the hill near the house in winter. What you can visit in the area: - Śnieżnik Landscape Park, - Uranium Mine in Kletno, - Bear Cave, - Labyrinth in Stronie Slaskie, - Stara Morawa swimming pool, - Sky Bridge and Sky Walk in Dolni Morava (Czech Republic).
