We offer our guests a unique cottage nestled in the woods, on a private, fenced-in lot spanning 1,200 m². It is the perfect place for families with children and for those seeking peace, quiet, and relaxation among the pine trees. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen connected to a cozy living room, which features a charming wood-burning stove and sleeping space for two people. This level also includes a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is a hallway with an additional sleeping area for one person and a bedroom with a double bed and the option to add two extra beds for children. Next to the cottage is a covered terrace with an additional outdoor kitchen area equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and cooking burners. One of the biggest attractions is the treehouse, which can comfortably sleep two people, though the three of us—including our daughter—had no trouble spending the night there as well. The treehouse is surrounded by a spacious, mostly covered terrace, and you can access it either the traditional way or by using a slide or a rope. An additional attraction is a 20-meter zip line leading from the treehouse down to the ground. Below the treehouse, we’ve set up about 25 m² of covered space for resting, socializing, or relaxing in the shade. The property also features a fire pit with a grate, a grill, a trampoline, hammocks, and a soccer goal with balls. For entertainment enthusiasts, we’ve also set up a console with a library of over 5,500 iconic games from the ’80s, ’90s, and beyond. Legendary titles from Atari, Amiga, Commodore, Nintendo, and PlayStation await you—a true journey back to the days when pixels sparked the imagination, and every level cleared was a small victory. Board games are also available for guests. Just about 250 meters from the property flows the Wkra River, famous for its picturesque kayaking routes. Our guests have access to a neighboring private beach, and in the area you can easily rent kayaks and discover the charms of the river from a completely different perspective. Nearby, you’ll find shops, a restaurant, bars, and a farmers’ market with local products, held every Saturday. This is a place made for those who want to slow down and take a break from the daily rush. The property is naturally shaded, so you can enjoy a pleasant coolness even on hot days. You can hear birds singing all around, and the small number of neighbors guarantees privacy and freedom. No one peeks over the fence, and the surrounding forest makes you feel truly close to nature and lets you forget about the world for a moment.
