Live in a house on the water, very close to nature, while enjoying the comforts of home. The house is situated on a lake, moored to a pier. Nearby, there is a green clearing surrounded by tall trees, a place for a bonfire/barbecue, a restaurant, and a small playground next to it. A green, peaceful place with a phenomenal view of both sunrise and sunset. It is very likely that your morning coffee on the terrace will be accompanied by the songs of birds, especially the robins, nightingales, and blackbirds that visit us often :) In the vicinity of the house, you will encounter few other people, but if you walk about 3 minutes along the lake, you will reach a large sandy beach "Beautiful Shore", with a gentle descent, rich infrastructure, and many attractions - a bar, a team sports field, a beach volleyball court, a large playground, a water playground, a children's playroom, a water sports and scooter rental, and a tennis court. There are pleasant cycling routes in the area. You can rent bikes from us for your entire stay. House amenities: • two bedrooms with double beds - accommodation for 4 people. • living room with TV, a fold-out sofa that can sleep 2 people. • kitchenette (fridge, hot plate, microwave, sink, dishes) • bathroom with WC and shower with hot water, • air conditioning, • heating, • Wifi, • As many as 3 terraces, including one on the roof! Of course, bed linen and towels are also included. The house is for a maximum of 6 people; however, we have two houses standing close to each other in this location, so we also welcome larger groups. The house CANNOT be used for independent sailing; it is intended for stationary stays. Note: a high chair and a baby bathtub are not part of the standard equipment of the house. If needed, please let us know during the reservation, and we will prepare them :)
