Wood-burning fireplace. Fire pit by the terrace A wooden cabin in the forest is a return to simplicity. Beneath the pines, life is reduced to the most essential gestures. Time reclaimed from everyday tasks can be devoted to rest, contemplation of nature, little pleasures, reading, writing, and brewing tea. In the city, every activity comes at the expense of a thousand others. The forest gathers what the city scatters... And if, at dawn or perhaps at dusk, you decide to set off into the FOREST, no one will talk you out of it.... A cabin surrounded by forest; the grounds are not fenced. You need to drive to a small village in the Mazovia region; the key is waiting with the hosts on site. Park in the area by our house. From there, it’s about a 200 m walk through the forest. Bring a flashlight and sturdy walking shoes for a long walk in the forest. Don’t bring suitcases :) The place has a cast-iron fireplace. The fire pit by the cabin makes for a wonderful evening around a campfire. It will certainly be an analogue escape from the city. Hotel standard. Open year-round. Bolimów Landscape Park is delightful in every season. You can get here in 1 hour from Łódź or Warsaw. An ideal place for a short retreat. Retreat. Slow weekend. In accordance with the house rules, we collect a security deposit. The grounds are not fenced! / You can get here in 1 hour from Warsaw or Łódź. Train access (Warsaw–Jesionka, journey takes about 50 min). Let us know and we’ll arrange a possible pickup from the station ;) The cottage is on a private plot. The hosts are on site ;) / We have an outdoor, wood-fired pizza oven. We bake homemade sourdough bread.
