The Charming Cottage on the Hill is a property that combines modern amenities with a cozy style. The interiors have been designed to provide maximum comfort during your stay. In the spacious living room, you will find comfortable seating and a TV with cable channels, perfect for evening entertainment. The fireplace in the living room adds warmth and charm to your evenings. Free Wi-Fi is available on-site, allowing for seamless remote work. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. You will find a refrigerator with a freezer, a stove, a microwave, and a kettle. Guests also have access to a coffee maker, toaster, and a set of wine glasses. A large dining table can accommodate all guests, providing comfortable conditions for shared meals. In the bathroom, you will find a hairdryer and basic toiletries such as body soap. We also provide extra pillows and blankets to ensure your sleep is as comfortable as possible. For our youngest guests, we have prepared books and toys. For your safety, the house is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as well as a fire extinguisher. Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the extensive garden, which provides ideal conditions for relaxation. You can play football, badminton, relax on garden furniture, use the fire pit, or prepare meals on the grill. The path to the entrance is illuminated at night, ensuring convenience and safety. Free private parking for two cars is available on-site. You have exclusive access to the sauna, which is located in the bathroom. The use of the sauna is subject to an additional charge and is billed according to actual electricity consumption, at a rate of 3 PLN/kWh. If you plan to come with a pet, please remember that they are welcome. However, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance about the presence of your four-legged friend. The fee for 1 pet is 100 PLN, and for 2 pets, it is 150 PLN for the entire stay. Organizing parties is possible after prior notification. We ask you to respect the neighbors, maintain decorum, and adhere to the established end time for the event. Jakuszyce, about 25 minutes away, is a paradise for cross-country skiing enthusiasts, as well as hiking and cycling. The Cieplickie Thermal Baths (about 10 minutes by car) offer relaxation in thermal pools and many attractions for the whole family. Lake Pilchowickie, located about 15 minutes away, is an ideal place for water sports and admiring the beautiful old bridge. Jelenia Góra, with its museums and charming Old Town, is about a 10-15 minute drive away, and the Bóbr River invites kayaking.
