Our house is located in Ustronie Morskie, in a quiet part of the town that provides privacy and a moment of respite, while still allowing you to enjoy the proximity of the sea and delicious waffles :) The beach, water sports, cycling trails, and everything you need for an active holiday are really close by. We created this place for those who do not want to spend their vacation solely on a sunbed (we have those available too! ;). On site, you will find electric bikes, surfboards, and SUPs, and the area offers plenty of opportunities for active leisure. If you are coming with a motorboat, jet ski, or other equipment, freedom is what matters most - you have your own space and can plan your day exactly as you like. OFF THE MAP is a place for those who want to be close to the Baltic Sea, take advantage of its opportunities, and at the same time be able to return to comfortable conditions after an active day. In the evening, a terrace, your own space, and tranquility await you. The location at the highest point in the area provides exceptional conditions for admiring the night sky and stargazing. The house is available all year round, energy-independent, and designed for maximum freedom and comfort. It is equipped with a temperature control system, mechanical ventilation, and a water purification system. We also provide stable internet access, an additional monitor, and a projector, making the house suitable for both leisure and remote work. Come, slow down, and spend your time by the sea your way.
