Villa Vall d'en Marc is located in the beautiful Marc Valley, this stunning farmhouse style villa boasts incredible views of the surrounding mountains within its own plot of land, ensuring guests enjoy complete privacy. The villa is located just a few kilometers from the charming town of Pollensa, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa. Built with authentic honey-colored local stone, with the windows and doors framed by traditional shutters, the villa could easily be mistaken for an old Mallorcan farmhouse, with exposed wooden beams and whitewashed interior walls. The cool stone floor ensures that guests enjoy comfortable temperatures even in the heat of summer, aided by the charming French doors that can be opened to welcome the gentle breezes. On the first floor, the spacious living and dining room, flooded with natural light by no less than three sets of patio doors, opens directly onto a covered terrace where an outdoor dining area can accommodate wonderful alfresco meals. Relaxing sofas, satellite television and a DVD player provide the means for leisurely evenings after a day of sightseeing or strolling along the beach. The traditional style kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space. The kitchen has a full oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. The villa has four simple but elegant bedrooms, each with its own bathroom/shower room lined with attractive limestone tiles. The downstairs bedroom has doors leading directly onto the garden terrace, while each upstairs bedroom has access to a balcony or upper terrace from which to enjoy the magnificent views of the countryside. All rooms are light and airy. Stepping out onto the lawned gardens, you will find the house's fabulous private pool sparkling brightly, a luxurious turquoise oasis in this charming rustic setting.
