It has a large garden in a private estate of 10,000 m², porch and several terraces, as well as an impressive lake pool with saline chlorination. The villa has 3 bedrooms, two doubles and a third with two trundle beds (all with en suite bathroom), large living room with large windows to enjoy the panoramic views, fully equipped semi-independent kitchen, living room, reading room, gym and laundry room.
