A pleasant driveway leads to the villa and its covered front terrace. The terrace has been furnished with contemporary seating and dining, a beautiful contrast to the traditional exposed Mallorcan stone walls. Inside, the villa is distributed over one floor. The front door leads into a spacious living room with dining area and kitchen, with impressive exposed wooden beams, arched doorways and beautiful windows providing natural light and pleasant views. The living room has been tastefully furnished and decorated with soft pastel colors. The kitchen is equipped with dining table and chairs and there are doors leading out to a large terrace with tables, chairs and barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all nicely decorated and furnished: one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and two twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom with shower. The villa is air conditioned. Outside, the villa is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens with lawns, trees and shrubs.
