Villa El Jardin is a truly traditional Mallorcan farmhouse, accessed through an attractive archway and surrounded by extensive gardens with flowers, shrubs and orange trees. Situated just 5 minutes drive from the unspoilt beach of Cala San Vicente and sheltered by the high Tramuntana mountains, this villa is a perfect retreat to enjoy all the peace and ambience that Mallorca has to offer. Inside, the villa is distributed over two floors. The main entrance doors lead into a large entrance hall (which also serves as a dining room) with stairs leading up to the second floor. To the left is a kitchen with many traditional features (as well as a pantry and adjacent utility room). An archway in the hallway / dining room gives access to a lounge with comfortable sofas, in traditional Mallorcan style. On the first floor there is also a guest WC. On the upper floor there is another living room with comfortable sofas, 3 bedrooms and 2 family bathrooms. The bedrooms are respectively 1 double and 2 doubles with double bed, all nicely furnished and full of character. Both the entrance door and the kitchen door give access to the partially covered dining terrace, barbecue and pool area. The terrace is beautifully furnished with outdoor seating, while a shaded pergola is available for guests to enjoy and relax during the hottest hours of the day. The L-shaped pool is surrounded on three sides by lawn and on the other side by a patio with a stone barbecue and dining table and chairs. Another table and chairs are located directly in front of the kitchen - ideal for breakfast. Free air conditioning from 14:00h to 16:00h and from 20:00h to 08:00h.
