Villa Katerina is a comfortable villa with a large garden and private pool, situated in a very quiet and relaxing location: it is located in the countryside on the outskirts of Pollensa overlooking the distant mountains of the Formentor Peninsula. Inside, a mix of traditional elements and modern comforts make this villa a perfect family vacation home with a Mallorcan soul. The villa has 3 cozy air-conditioned bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. On the first floor there is a living room, dining room and kitchen. Two of the bedrooms are also on the first floor (both with two single beds). These bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. A staircase leads from the living room to a beautiful open double bedroom with antique Majorcan furniture. This room also has an en suite bathroom and a terrace with fantastic mountain views. The layout, with most of the rooms on the first floor, makes it a great house for families with small children or with walking difficulties. Villa Katerina has beautifully landscaped and relaxing gardens, full of palms, cacti, Mediterranean trees and shrubs, ideal for relaxing and providing shade when needed. There is a lovely swimming pool surrounded by a terrace and spacious lawns. A covered terrace runs along the back of the house overlooking the garden and pool. This is a lovely place to sit and enjoy meals while looking out across the distant mountains. Free air conditioning from 14:00h to 16:00h and from 20:00h to 08:00h.
