Villa Marquesa is a detached house of 120 square meters with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and storage room. It has two double bedrooms with beds of 180 cm (90+90 joined) and a single room with a trundle bed of 90 cm. The main room has a bathroom with bathtub. The other bathroom, shared, has a shower. An extra bed can be added. The living room is spacious, with more than 30 square meters, equipped with a five-seater sofa and two armchairs with footrests. It also includes a dining table that can be extended to seat eight and four dining chairs. From here, there is access to the garden through a wooden door and a glass door. In the living room there is a 55-inch Smart TV. The fireplace, due to its special features, is not available for use. The kitchen, equally spacious, has its own table extendable to six seats and four chairs. Appliances include oven, washer-dryer with auto doser, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob and extractor hood. In the storage room there is a freezer, which is turned off but can be turned on if needed. Basic cleaning supplies are also stored, including a vacuum cleaner. A cot-cot is available in the master bedroom, which includes an additional mattress and can be installed on request. GARDEN: Villa Marquesa is situated on a south-southwest facing plot of 470 square meters, protected by a thick vegetal enclosure that offers privacy. The garden has a 20 square meter covered antojana, garden furniture, an uncovered area on wooden decking and a 12 square meter outdoor dining area with a table for up to eight people and a large portable barbecue. The garden also houses a pond with carp and water lilies. There is parking space for a medium sized car with motorized entrance. The internet connection varies between 15 and 35 Mbps, and wifi is available throughout the property. The house is located 50 meters from the river path of Llanes, from where you can walk to the center of Llanes in just over 15 minutes, in a quiet environment surrounded by green areas suitable for pets. Rules: No crowded parties or amplified music is allowed in the evenings. It is not allowed to use the barbecue under the antojana because it is combustible. Please do not throw waste into the pond and feed the carp sparingly. The supervision of children or small pets near the pond is the responsibility of adults. Pets: Pets are welcome at Villa Marquesa. Elevated feeders and a removable, washable mattress are provided for them. It is mandatory to pick up pet droppings and to use special covers to protect the furniture. Other information: Under the TV there is a drawer with extension cords and sockets, as well as some chargers and cables. Around the house, several presence sensor lights can be activated automatically. Smoking is allowed outside and in the common areas, but not in the bedrooms.
