Villa Las Lagunas de Azahar is an idyllic holiday retreat located in the beautiful area of "La Fuente", near Coín, in the heart of rural Spain. The villa is located in a 55,000 m² private nature reserve in the Valle de los Manantiales, surrounded by mountains, lakes and citrus and avocado orchards. Its access, via a paved road in excellent condition and a final 200-meter unpaved stretch through a pine forest, offers breathtaking views that anticipate the special refuge that awaits you upon arrival. The villa can accommodate up to 14 people, distributed in three independent houses: - Two houses open by default. - The third house opens from the 9th person, of legal age, with an additional supplement. - On the first floor, a living room with TV connected to the dining room, which gives access to an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool. A modern fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with full bathroom are also located on this floor. - On the second floor, a private living room leads to a spacious master bedroom with air conditioning and two single beds. There is also a bathroom with bathtub, shower and double sink. The villa is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens that create an oasis of peace and tranquility. The fabulous swimming pool, with Roman style steps, is perfect for children and adults alike, and is equipped with ample sunbeds and shaded areas under the trees. In addition, the estate has two lakes and an extensive avocado orchard, where the original terraces over a hundred years old are still preserved, inviting you to explore and enjoy the surroundings.
